If you have a Thought, "Apple" and you want to put a Thought under Apple for "Computers" you might want that thought to be distinguishable from Dell's computers. So, to do this when you create the thought you might type ", Computers". This will name the new thought "Apple, Computers". Then, because of context sensitive naming, the Thought will be displayed as just "Computers" - removing the redundant portion of the name with the Thought "Apple" is active. Please try it - it's easier to see it than to read about it.

Thanks Harlan.  Now I understand.  As you say, easier to try than to describe!
