Hi Harlan.

For some reason the use of memory was lowered significantly with 4508. Was running on average around 120,000k, now its down to between 60 and 80.    Good job.

It seems like there is no beta up at http://www.thebrain.com/#-53 now. Will there come a new one?

So 4.5.0.8 is no longer a RC, its the current release.

But will there continue to be additional beta development?  Or is this it for a while?  Hopefully there won't be the same length of inactivity that there was between v3 and v4

Will Personal Brain 5.0 require another license upgrade, as Personal Brain 4.0 did?

We should be responding to these release threads - it disturbs the order of the posts - which should be latest release at the top of the list.

Yes, 5.0 will be a paid upgrade. Pricing and other details are TBD.

There will also be a 4.5.1.0 release in parallel.

More money!? I don't mind if there is a MAJOR advance in tagging and other methods of adding properties/values to Thoughts - making it possible to do MUCH more in the way of especially filtering, & search - AND the ability to grab titles and index web pages that are password protected like LinkedIn. An internal web browser would be appropriate too - also giving the ability to view/edit Microsoft Office docx/xlsx/pptx erc and PDF's - as well as web pages internally.
