I have a HTC phone and have no problems surfing the web. I can go to the Webrain main page and login. I see my list of brains just like on my desktop computer. But, when I select any of my brains it looks like it opens but I just see a plain white screen. Is this correct? Is there a setting I need to make? __________________ Regards

Patrick,
Thank you for the reply. I tried the default browser and it worked OK.
I can use that for the times I want to access my brain on the go.

I suggest trying out Dolphin browser HD too which is free and very popular on android smartphones. In its settings there is a wizard with a desktop mode you can toggle on which allows you to edit notes and add attachments and weblinks if you subscribe to the full webbrain service or during the 30 day trial. After editing notes switch back to mobile mode as desktop mode is difficult to navigate in.
There are rumours of an Android TheBrain app being worked on so personally looking forward to its release as the split screen and right mouse clicking (usually via touching screen for a few seconds) are inconsistent and problematic on all mobile browsers. |

| No matter which browser I use on my Android Tab I only get the plain white page when I open one of my Brains. I tried to make a new brain with no alterations except for creating a few thoughts, but that doesn't work either.
Any news from TheBrain on what to do here? __________________ Regards

| Hans,
As far as I know, our Web Service should work on any Android default browser. I've just tested this using the ICS default browser and Google Chrome on an Android device, without any issues. In the default browser, make sure you are allowing it to accept cookies. __________________ Patrick |

Patrick,
I now have a Samsung 10.1 Note with android and I have tried 3 different browsers and only get the white screen whenever I open a brain. I have checked for allowing cookies.
It is frustrating because one of the reasons I got the Samsung is to access my brain.
Am I the only one, has there been a solution or a setting that I have missed. __________________ Regards

Please try enabling your browser for desktop viewing. Most browsers will allow you to do this in the application settings. __________________ Patrick |
