Wolfgang
When I try to open one of my brains, I get the message 'Recovering Brain ID', but the brain doesn't open; other brains open fine.  When I click 'OK' on the message, a totally empty brain called 'null' appears.  Last time I used it, my PC froze; not sure if that is related.  Please help.  I use the Pro Edition, version 4.1.3.2.  Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the link to the thread.  i deleted the .brain file, and then re-created it to try to open the brain with it, but still got the same message: 'Recovering brain ID.'  I am not sure if i understood this correctly.  Could someone please clarify.  From Harlan's post in the thread i gather that with a larger brain (it has almost 300MB), i should contact support directly; so i guess i have to wait until tomorrow?  thanks again, Wolfgang

Have you tried to reinstall the latest JRE?
