I know we've been living with this for years now, and hopefully it won't be an issue in the next version, but in case it hasn't been addressed:

  1. Create a new thought in WebBrain (or for that matter in TheBrain iOS).
  2. Add two paragraphs of notes.
  3. Open TheBrain desktop and synchronize.
  4. View the note of the thought you just created.
Your note will have dotted boxes and div tags showing in the actual note. This is really ugly and distracting.

The workaround is to open the Code view and do a find/replace with "div>" and "p>".

This issue should be nonexistent in the the latest version of TheBrain, 8.0.2.0

Hmm, that screenshot was taken using 8.0.2.0 on OS X. I just re-tested just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. The first test worked (I deleted and modified an existing note in WebBrain). The second test where I created a new note did the same div tag thing. 
So, it looks like it's still occurring.
