The undeletable thoughts from my last post have all some properties in common:
- They contain an internal folder.
- The internal folders are empty.
- They don't contain hidden files or folders.
- They all show a '1' in their icon.
- If I try to delete the internal folder using the menu on the attachment tab,
I get an 'Error while deleting - Constraint'.
- If I show the folder in Windows Explorer and delete it there,
the 'Delete thought' command in TheBrain is simply ignored.

Reinhard,

I can tell you that the #1 that appears on mouse over is simply letting you know that this thought has one internal attachment. Documents will have the same type of display.

Still trying to replicate the same scenario, but I'm able to delete the folder just fine. Testing continues.

Thanks,
Matt

Reinhard,

I'm able to get the "location is not available" error that you mentioned in an earlier post, but only if I have the empty folder open in Explorer when the Thought is deleted in TheBrain.  I believe this is proper Windows behavior. In TheBrain, the thought (and it's folder) is still deleted.

Thanks,
Matt
