What can I do to troubleshoot ?

Help > Open Log directory and check the contents of the output.log. If the issue persists, email support.

Anytime this error message pops up, please send an email to support@thebrain.com with your output log and a brief description of what happened. The log will contain error codes that will help us discover the actual cause of the sync error. To find your output log, click Help > Open Log Directory. We need the "Output.log" file and not the error reports in this case.
