Server progress: 100% Finished export, then I have this error.
What can I do to troubleshoot ?
Help > Open Log directory and check the contents of the output.log. If the issue persists, email support.

Anytime this error message pops up, please send an email to with your output log and a brief description of what happened. The log will contain error codes that will help us discover the actual cause of the sync error. To find your output log, click Help > Open Log Directory. We need the "Output.log" file and not the error reports in this case.
