Pat,

Since the new PB6 has a synchronization feature with webbrain, we're often making changes and updates.  Webbrain seems to be up and running fine this morning.  Are you still having the same problem?  Which webbrain are you trying to open?

Thanks,
Matt

Matt,

Tried again this morning and am still not able to run this WebBrain.
Tried a couple of other WebBrains and they are ok

This is a large Brain with 23,276 (computer1) & 23263 (computer 2) thoughts that I'm trying to synchronize between the two computers. I cannot get these two Brains to sync. up.

Trying to run the WebBrain version below.

This is what I got this morning.

Thanks Pat,

I see that this is a private brain, so I'll start testing with my own 23k thought PB.

Did the brain ever load successfully for you?

Matt,

No I've never got this WebBrain to load. Keep getting errors. And can't sync. either.

Pat,

Sorry, I couldn't take your call earlier.  I've got a full schedule this afternoon.

We've had a few other issues reported with 30k+ thoughts on Webbrain, so we've got some testing to do tonight.   I have a feeling that we're running into some size limitations right now - but I won't jump to conclusions just yet.  I'll have an update for you in the morning.

Thanks,
Matt

I'm also having a large WebBrain problem, but it's a slightly different one. My Brain only has 1609 thoughts, but it contains a great number of internal attachments. Consequently the brainzip file is quite large -- 1.6 GB. When I try to upload, I almost get to the end but then get a "page expired" error message and the upload fails. This has happened now about half a dozen times.

Besides dividing the Brain into separate, smaller sub-Brains, is there anything I can do?

I've successfully replicated this issue on Webbrain and have informed our engineers to take a closer look.  Thanks all!

I think I have the same problem.
Have reported it to support.
But in my case the sync seems to work in general. With the exception that a note that I edited on web (quite advanced!) led to erase the note while syncing.
Can add information here if it helps.
A tiny little fresh brain is syncing ok.
My large brain has 17187 thoughts, 27291 links, 4894 notes, only 79 internal attachments.
Brainzip is 121MB

Followed the above directions but when I try to access the WebBrain I'm getting the following error messages:

I'll let you know how the syncing goes after it finishes processing locally.

Update - I installed and activated version 6.0.1.0-b and generated a new brainzip of my large brain. When I tried uploading that, the same thing happened ... got to 99% uploaded and then a "Page Expired" error.

@Pshanks,@Grid_Guy,@HanBav

Please download and install version 6.0.1.1 (download link) as it fixes the problem where a large Brain uploads to webbrain but does not display upon being loaded. Please follow the steps listed below to correct the problem.

1. Delete your brain from WebBrain.
2. Download PB 6011
3. Initiate a sync.

Please let us know if you still encounter problems.

Thanks,
Moe

Result:Internal Error.
I'll try it once again with a Brainzip without search index.
Still hoping ...
