Taskline (http://www.taskline.com) is a very useful windows Outlook addon that automatically schedules your tasks and integrates them into your outlook calendar, taking account of appointments etc and scheduling around them. This plugs one of the biggest gaps in Outlook's task management capability and is well worth it. As many PB users are also advocates of GTD, it's worth mentioning that Taskline is also fully compatible with the GTD Outlook Addin (http://gtdsupport.netcentrics.com/learn/). cheers Jim Loading...
