Technically you can still drag the app window..... if you hate yourself, maybe.
To illustrate with a video:


First I'm dragging the Windows 10 explorer window and observe perfect smoothness.
(well, I do but I recorded this in 60hz. With 144Hz this looks wonderful)
With TB11 it seems to "get stuck on geometry" within seconds.

If you want to make it work like the file explorer window does, go to Preferences and turn off "compact window title bar".
