It's an occasional, non-permanent state.
Switching between tabs with ctrl+q dissolved it.

Here we see a tab-sized gap:ghost tab.jpg

The gap was supposed to be filled by another URL attachment, which would look like this:

retabbed.jpg
One Tab was this:
https://moodle.rwth-aachen.de/course/view.php?id=9360
(which will redirect to the Moodle-login screen first)
https://moodle.rwth-aachen.de/
the other was this:
https://www2.math.rwth-aachen.de/LAInf20/exquery.html

The Thought name is: "Lineare Algebra" and is of the type "sp" (or "sp,projects"), which is context-sensitive to the parent Thought "projects" which is of type "workspace".

Thanks for posting.  Doing my best with the same URL attachments to try and replicate.  Let me know if you figure out a pattern.

Thanks,
Matt

repeat on 11.0.85.0

Found the setup. Maximized Plex Normal View, actviate Thought with any two Attachments.
Press ctrl+n. Works every time.
