Steps to recreate (only tested on OS X):
  1. Create a new Brain in TheBrain 9
  2. Create Thought 1
  3. While Thought 1 is activated, assign it a new Thought Type: SubType 1
  4. Go back to the home thought.
  5. Create Thought 2.
  6. While Thought 2 Is activated, assign it a new Thought Type: SubType 2
  7. Activate Thought Type SubType 1.
  8. Drag a link to create a Parent Thought Type. Call it Thought Type.
  9. While Thought Type is active, connect SubType 2 as a child thought.
  10. Go back to the home thought and select Thought 1 and Thought 2.
  11. Copy the thoughts in the thought selection.
  12. You will receive the error: Sequence Contains More Than One Matching Element
Whew, this one has been bugging me for a while, but I'd never been able to determine the cause.
