More bugs and hybrid states observed with Window>new Window.

This really doesn't need to be fixed for all I care, but it is a good example of a "compact titlebar window" having a color accent outline. I love the compact titlebar, if it weren't for the complete lack of color, which makes it confusing to use. Focus must always be visually obvious!
[maybe "active window coloring" is not a Mac-feature (though I'd be sad if it wasn't), but I personally find it very valuable for Windows]

If you could just make a compact and colorful title bar (see my... uhm.... artist rendition of it), you could just remove the option in Preferences>Look & Feel>"compact window titlebar" entirely.
Then you'd have a lot less scenarios that need to be kept bug-free.
I mean, I brought this wish up a while ago, but it didn't get acknowledged.
Maybe this drawing could elicit some feedback of whether this could be possible?

Hi David. Agree that this would be very useful. It's on the list. You'd be surprised how difficult Microsoft makes implementing non-standard window title bars. 🙄
