Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if there are ways to have two users collaborating in the use and edition of a brain, without using the Sync service to the cloud - using sensitive information that cannot be loaded to a third party cloud solution.

Is there a simple way to setup a private cloud sync?
Can this work through Dropbox, One Drive or some other service?

Thanks,
Joao

Joao,

Thanks for posting.  Just as with v8, we strongly recommend that you do not use Dropbox, One Drive etc. to attempt keeping Brains in sync. This can lead to database corruption. There are a few other Dropbox discussion threads here in the forum that will share more, but here's one right from Harlan that you may find helpful:

Thanks,
Matt

If you want to collaborate without using the cloud, we offer server software (TeamBrain Server) to enable this without the data ever leaving your own network. This is not yet available for version 9 but will be forthcoming soon after release.

-Harlan
