When I use a comma to separate thoughts in a hierarchical way (e.g. "technology, books" and "technology, websites" parent thought is "technology") this can upset the "arrange by name" because only the words after the comma will be displayed in the children and "technology" is filtered away by the comma rule. So if there is a child "tablet" linked to "technology" it will be positioned before "technology, books" and hence "books" is listed AFTER "tablet". This can be very confusing at times. Is there a way to highlight the comma in action on the thought (like with the number of attachments indicator)?

Best Regards

We've added a feature request to consider the output of the comma rule when ordering thoughts. I think this will address your issue.
