If I wanted to import a lot of different folders in succession, I'd have to do dozens of unnecessary finicky clicks. I'm bad at clicking small things with precision and/or enough coffee and this causes me a lot of frustration.
It's also a rare dialog, so it's unfamiliar and I can't intuitively navigate it via keyboard.

More importantly just before I import a folder, it's probably open in a Windows explorer window, anyway.
My preferred way of adding paths in a dialog is to press alt+d in the explorer window, copy the path, press alt+d in the dialog window, paste it and click enter.
This brings me to my target instantly and makes me much happier!

So please use this style of dialog instead, so that sensible navigation is possible:
