I’m looking for suggestions for a naming convention for thoughts with the same name or will likely have the same name in the future. For example I have a thought named `Software`, then a child thought `Type`, I'm thinking of renaming this either

Software, Type

or

Type, Software

or

Type (Software)

Likewise I might have a thought `Notebook` then a child thought `Type`, so when searching, to easily find what I would like, I plan to add the parent thought name to the child.

What do you use for this situation?

Cheers,
Josh

Josh,

Great question.  I usually put my comma at the beginning of the new thought when I'm creating it.  So the parent name comes first.  This way, if I'm running a report, all SOFTWARE thoughts would be grouped together...

Not saying that this is the CORRECT way to do it - just my approach.
