ok, so a text outline looks like this

a
b
c
d
which basically creates (a->(b,c->(d)))
now they're split on tab there.
with small changes you could use a character other than tab to denote a jump

say like so
a
b
~ c
d
~ c

which would create
thoughts a,b,c,d
thought a with a child b and a jump to c
thought b with a jump to c and a child d

this would make the current import outline so much more powerful. currently only being able to bring 2 directions to the table pretty much gimps it in my testing.

(well, that and the fact that it still dies on large imports)
