I can add an attachment to a thought, but if I then try to move the attached file into the brain, the existing attachment is lost and the file stays where it is.

unhinged, Thanks for the post. Testing 5.5.0.3-b on Vista 32 SP3, this feature seems to be working correctly. What OS do you experience this on? Can anyone else confirm this?

unhinged, Thanks for the post. Testing this in 5.5.0.8b we were not able to replicate the issue you are describing. We believe this might have to do with a setting on your machine. It may be related to a permission problem perhaps.
