This is a little difficult to explain, so I'll just list the steps needed to recreate the issue. 

1. Click on the attached-files icon (i.e., the icon that appears on a Thought when attached files exist) to bring up the 'Select Attachment' window
2. Right-click on a file to bring up the context menu.
3. Select Rename.  Nothing happens.

I found this in 7.0.2.6, and confirmed that it still exists in 7.0.2.8.

P.S.  It may be my imagination, but 7.0.2.8 seems to be faster than 7.0.2.6.  It seems to open faster, and auto-hidden panels seem to open/close faster.  Good job!

I can confirm this as well.

Note: One needs to test this with multiple attachments in a thought.
