I have just been experimenting with the search tool bar - constructing quite complex boolean combinations of exact phrases, parentheses, AND's/OR's etc...

I understand the nice feature of being able to send the search results to the selection, and then maybe link one or more of them to other Thoughts.

However, it would be really great if such searches could be saved (with a specific name) - and thus rerun at will by choosing from a saved search list - thus avoiding having to reconstruct all that boolean logic time and time again.

Perhaps Saved Searches, could be an aspect of the Reports function?

Anyone else got any opinions on this?

In the meantime, create a thought to hold all your searches and copy the text string to the notes of that thought, along with a description of what it does.  This way, you can at least copy+paste it.
