I am trying to save an exisitn brain to idisk so I can access it from work and from home. For starters where is the option to save a file to a different location? I would hate to start over.

Second question is wether or not saving to idisk is possible.

I don't have an answer to your question, rather, I too, would like to know how to move files or brains. I started out with the free trial on a friends desktop, got carried away with my thoughts and now have bought a pro edition and want my thoughts with me on my laptop. HELP!

Hi

It's very easy to relocate your brain data files. Just go to the c:/my brains folder (or your data folder if you changed it) and copy/move the *.brain file and your *_brain directory to your new location/computer.

cheers

Hi

There's really no reason why PB wouldn't recognise the *.brain file with the complete associated directory. Try downloading PB4125 and open from the file menu.

Okay. I've got it. Thanks for the help.

In Personal Brain 4, I went to the file menu, the clicked create BrainZip. Looks like this is how it is possible to move files seamlessly.
