I'm on an Air. Both the 2-finger scroll gesture and the scroll wheel on my mouse have the same effect: Sometimes they enlarge/shrink the view, sometimes they don't. Most maddeningly, a chance gesture makes the characters really big--and then I can't shrink them.

Is it me? A bug? What to do?

Warmly,
Joel

OK, I finally remembered tugging on the sizing circle...  But still, why doesn't the scroll wheel work consistently?

Joel,

Have you tried any other mouse? Also, you may want to make sure you have 'Mouse wheel resizing' enabled under Preferences > UI.

I have, Patrick; same problems. And until today, I was able to remedy them by tugging on the resizing circle. But now, the resizing circle enlarges slightly, then reduces again, as I continue to either move my two fingers on the trackpad (Mac Air "scroll wheel" equivalent) or use a mouse with a scroll wheel.

Quitting and restarting The Brain seems to have fixed the issue for now. I'm curious if there is something I do to trigger this state, or if it is just a weird and subtle bug.
