Hi,
Tried updating my cloud version of my main Brain data, using Windows version that I just updated to .50 version.

I got a message saying that I couldn't update - no professional service. Tried logging into my account online to see what is going on - found the login page wouldn't render (blank page).

I am assuming that this is a temporary issue but thought I would notify the forum anyway.

Hi Alex,

You will not be able to synchronize your Brains with the Pro license only. In order to synchronize your Brains to TheBrain cloud and cross machines, including mobile devices, you will need to purchase an upgrade to TheBrain Pro Combo license.

You can purchase an upgrade directly via our store page:  http://www.thebrain.com/store/ and enter your email address at the bottom of the page and click "Check for Discounts". In the next window you will see your upgrade price.

In terms of "blank page" when trying to log into: https://app.thebrain.com/login we are aware of the issue and we are looking into it.

Hi Alex,

In the meantime, if you get the blank page at https://app.thebrain.com/login simply remove the "/login" part of the URL and hit enter or replace "/login" with "/brains".
