When creating a thought by dragging on the child link dot; filling out the "title" etc. and hitting "<Enter>", the thought dialog closes and the parent thought remains in focus. I think the new thought should be refocused upon and should hold the focus so you can observe what your new thought looks like and also the notes related to it - in case you want to "tidy" it up a bit. 

Now if you want to "tidy" it up, you have to find where it went to (among the list of peer or sibling thoughts), and then click on it again - which is cumbersome.
