In Version 11.0.31, there's "Toggle siblings keybinding".
What does that mean?

It's in the code, but not in the keyboard shortcut list... Should be fixed soon.

Sorry, not a new navigation option... It's a way to toggle the display of siblings from the normal view. Possible via preferences > look and feel and now also via keyboard shortcut.
