Hi. I saw this question answered for Windows users:
http://forums.thebrain.com/tool/post/thebrain/vpost?id=2089170

How is this done for Linux? I have PB installed on a Mac and on Ubuntu. I'd like to un-register the Ubuntu one and re-register on a different machine.

I see a ~/.PersonalBrain/TheBrainPreferences.xml file. Do I just delete this, then install and register on other machine?

Thanks.

PS. I know this isn't the Mac forum, but in case I would ever need to do it for the Mac, is it similar to Linux?

Ahmed,

If I plan to format my harddisk, and install a new OS on the "same machine", do I need to contact support@thebrain.com?

Thanks.

Yes, we'll still need to cancel the previous registration.
Thanks,
