See attached video clip.
I wanted to create an event for the active thought (for 2018-10-14)
The timeline highlights the wrong day (2018-10-13).

That's probably a timezone problem.
I'm writing this at 4:20 AM European time.
Probably TheBrain doesn't honour the correct(!) Windows system time.
The Windows clock does show the correct date and time.
(2014-10-14 04:20).

Reinhard,

Thanks for sharing. TheBrain's timeline should be honoring your system's date/time setting.  If you try the same procedure at 4 in the afternoon, do you then get the proper results?  Also, what if you are setting up an all day event for a date in the future, say December 3... Does the timeline add the event for Dec. 2?

Thank you,
Matt

Yes. I just tried 2018-10-16 18:00 (= 06 P.M.)., all day event.
TheBrain marks Oct. 15.

The future date 2018-12-03, all day, is marked correctly.

Good news. The issue of all day events appearing on the wrong date has been addressed in our latest 11.0.81 build. This new build can be downloaded on our Alpha Channel. The Alpha channel contains frequent updates and provides access to the very latest versions. It is the recommended channel if you have an urgent need for a fix that is not yet available on the Stable channel and do not mind frequent updates.

To get on the Alpha channel:

Windows: Go to Options > Preferences > System > Updates, and select Alpha from the dropdown menu. Then go to Help > Check for Update, and install the update.

macOS: Go to TheBrain > Preferences > System > Updates and select Alpha from the dropdown menu. Then go to TheBrain > Check for Update, and install the update.

Thank you,
Matt
