Please consider providing a preference panel for allowing the user to define a custom shortcut key for every single command as well as for navigation and other things that don't show up in the menus. It's not uncommon for Mac applications to provide this in some way (I don't know about other operating systems). VooDooPad's implementation is quite straightforward. Digital Performer actually allows you to define two key sequences for every function.

At the very least, provide standard Mac keyboard shortcuts (Open, Cut, Paste, etc.)--I'm slowly discovering that there are some Windows equivalents implemented, but remembering them is not easy for this Mac user.

This would be handy! I have function key sequences defined for Quicksilver, so I want to remap the Personalbrain ones to something else.

+1 for this, shortcuts in MindNode are much more user-friendly, couldn't switch because of this

@andrewshvv You can set custom keyboard shortcuts:

macOS: TheBrain > Preferences (or ⌘+,) > Keyboard

Windows: Options > Preferences (or Ctrl+,) > Keyboard

Or is there something more specific you are looking for?
