Thank you @NickMilner for sharing your workflow, I am still in the process to define mine as at the moment, I am completely overwhelmed with all the digital tools available in my arsenal.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been through pretty much every task management product on the market over the years and my most recent setup was this:
  • "DEVONthink Pro 3" for knowledge management
  • "Agenda" for event-based note-taking
  • "Microsoft To Do" for task management
  • "Coda" for workflow
All of that has now gone and I only use TheBrain. Things are a lot easier now. 😉

I use an app called Hook(https://hookproductivity.com/) to create links to Outlook mails. I use it generate Markdown compatible links to use in other apps, include The Brain.
